Installation Universal Routing pour Genesys

Apprenez facilement à installer le moteur de routage du Framework Genesys

Description

Dans ce tutoriel faisant partie de la série intitulée « Genesys Tut’s », nous allons aborder l'installation du moteur de routage « URS ». L'URS dispose d'une interface utilisateur unifiée (IRD) qui permet aux administrateurs de construire des stratégies de routage (voie, chat, mail…) pour les centres de contacts. Nous allons voir comment installer l'URS, puis IRD. Le serveur actuel est une VM sous ESX avec 4Go de mémoire, une carte réseau 1gb, un disque dur de 80Go, Processeur 12 Cœurs 1.9GHz Xeon, pour l’os j’ais déployé un Windows 2012 Server Standard Edition.

Installation URS

Création du template dans Administrator

Ouvrez votre interface web et connectez-vous à votre serveur, allez dans PROVISIONNING=>Environnement puis Modèles d’application cliquez ensuite sur Téléchargement d’un modèle (Sur la Droite)

Cliquez sur Ajout et sélectionnez le fichier UR_Server_814.apd

Création de l’application

Allez dans le menu Applications puis dans Routing, si le dossier n’existe pas créez-le puis cliquez sur Création d’une nouvelle application à Droite

Cliquez sur Rechercher un modèle

Donnez un Nom URS et ajoutez le Host puis cliquez sur Création

Dans l’onglet Configuration de l’URS sous le menu Général ajouter les connexions a :

Installation de l’application URS

Depuis le CD Source exécutez le setup.exe en tant qu’administrateur, puis cliquez sur Next

Allez dans le menu Applications puis dans Routing, sélectionnez l’URS, puis cliquez sur Assistant Journal à Droite

Depuis le CD Source exécutez le setup.exe en tant qu’administrateur, puis cliquez sur Next

Assurez-vous d’avoir créé un Routing Point, puis allez dans le menu Monitoring=>Loading

Si tout est correct, les 3 onglets du bas sont au vert, le Status doit indiquer Ok

Vous pouvez à présent créer vos stratégies de routage.

Si vous souhaitez enregistré vos stratégies dans la base de données vous devez:

Télécharger Configuration Database Update Scripts x32 8.1.400.01 sur le site de genesys

Éditer l’application IRD et ajouter une connexion a votre DAP de Config.

Sous Microsoft SQL Manager ouvrez votre Base de config Genesys et exécuter le script ird_create_tables_sql.sql afin d’ajouter une nouvelle Table:  ird_strategies

Relancez votre client IRD, Creez une stratégie puis faite enregistrer sous, cochez la case Store to Database.

Astuces

Verbosité des logs URS

Les logs URS sont gourmands en ressources, il ait conseillé de les désactiver en production. Oui mais de temps en temps j’ai besoin de les activer pour un débogage temporaire sur un flux particulier, la conséquence est que les logs sont activés depuis l’application URS sur l’ensemble des flux, et la recherche des logs de mon ConnId devient un enfer car mélanger avec l’ensemble des interactions, il faut utiliser MyAzimir …

Solution:

Désactiver les logs sur l’URS et n’activer les logs que sur mon point de routage concerné, pour cela rien de plus simple:

Sous CME, administrator ou Gax, Editer l’application URS puis sous options et sous la section default modifier l’option verbose = false

Sous CME, administrator ou Gax, aller sous Switch=>DNs et Editer le point de routage, sous la l’onglet Annex ajouter une nouvelle section __ROUTER__, puis sous cette section ajouter une nouvelle option verbose = 6.

Ces options sont prisent en compte a chaud, pas de nécessitée de redémarrer l’URS.
